Quality of Graduate SpecializationCourses: Two Decades of Production

Lato sensu graduate courses were created to train and prepare professionals for the labor market. The aim of this investigation is discuss issues about these courses, quality offered, their disadvantages contributions, given relevance retrieved studies indexed in databases: Web Science, Proquest, BVS Scielo. keywords used were: “lato graduate”, “MBA”, “quality” “employability”, 419 articles retrieved, which 31 analyzed. inclusion criteria: 2000 2019; scientific articles, open access download; peer-reviewed journals; Portuguese, English Spanish; build and/or validated measurement instruments literature. main results indicate that professionals, when investing believe possibility insertion professional life, ascension or career redirection. These programs have shown a loss over time, due lack official monitoring regulations, addition credibility learning offered. This study aims contribute discussion reflection on lato outdated education system and, regard, raise new concerns may arise from research survey.
